Israel in the Garden June 10Th
Hadassah 100th Anniversary Celebration
11:00am to 5:00pm Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco
Hadassah will have a booth at the celebration. It is 10’x10’ and will have a table and two chairs. We also have the opportunity to march with the Cal Marching Band at 12:55 and carry banners with Hadassah’s Centennial Logo.
We are also planning an activity in the Children’s area and planning on having clowns from Clown Zero organization to give out Hadassah balloons and promote information about the Hadassah medical clowns.
The goal is to share the celebration of Hadassah’s 100th Anniversary with all visitors to Israel in the Garden. For Hadassah members to be proud, connect with one another, and to bring Hadassah to the attention of people who are not already members.
Booth will be available by 9:00 a.m. to put up banner and set up promotional material and items we would like to sell. The public starts arriving at 11:00 a.m. The day ends at 5:00 Hadassah members will be marching with the Cal Marching Band at approximately 12:30pm and carrying the Hadassah Banner!!!
We need volunteers for the booth and we want to encourage all members and their families to come and march with us and visit the booth and the children’s area. If anyone likes working with children on a craft, we would love to have their help.
If you would like to volunteer to be at the Booth or would like to work with the children, please go to Sequoia Hadassah bulliten online

GET THE BULLETIN EARLIER, HELP HADASSAH REDUCE COSTS AND GO GREEN AT THE SAME TIME!
Our Sequoia chapter is trying to reduce printing and mailing costs and save trees at the same time. We’re asking all chapter members, including members of the Action and Aviv groups, to please help us by accepting the Bulletin in electronic form (e-Bulletin) rather than paper form. Once a month, you’ll get an email message notifying you that the e-Bulletin is available.
You are then welcome to print it on your home printer if you prefer to read it on paper. Sign up for the e-Bulletin and find out what’s going in our chapter earlier than ever -- recipients of the e-Bulletin get the Bulletin approximately a week earlier than those waiting for a paper copy in the mail!
To sign up for the e-Bulletin, please write to me. I will put you on the Sequoia Hadassah Bulletin e-mail list and remove you from our list for paper copies. You’ll be doing yourself, Hadassah, and the environment a mitzvah!
